This policy explains how Saving Grace Property Solutions, Inc. (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website, call or text us, chat with us or ask for an estimate.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill in our estimate form, call, text or chat with us, we collect what you provide: usually your name, phone number, email address, town, the address of the job and what you need done.
• Calls and texts. Calls to our number may be answered by a virtual assistant when we can’t pick up. It says it is an AI whenever you ask and never claims to be a person. Calls may be recorded, and every recorded call opens with a notice that it is recorded.
• Website data. Our website platform keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site working. The chat window on this site keeps a small amount of data in your browser so a conversation survives a page change.

How we use information

• To answer your questions and give you an estimate.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments.
• To follow up on work we’ve quoted or done for you, including asking for a review.
• To send occasional offers to people who have agreed to receive them.
• To improve this website.
• To meet legal requirements.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number solely to send the messages you signed up for. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not sold, rented or shared with any third party for their own marketing. We may share your number with the service providers that deliver our text messages, solely so those messages can be sent, and they may not use it for any purpose of their own.

Email

If you’ve asked us for an estimate or we’ve done work for you, we may email you about it, ask you for a review or tell you about an offer. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website, phone, email and messaging platform, and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (870) 686-7808.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those emails.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The chat window may not work without them.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
